Jamie Clive Boyle is a British animator, director, and producer who, with Alfie Tanner, founded Studio Maryoku in 2019. He debuted the film 'Eternal Horizon', based on the concept of a morally ambiguous story about a man, woman, and crab stranded on an island. Production lasted four months and premiered at Northbrook FMP. The film was released to the public with little marketing and received over 200 views before being remastered, and marketing resulted in over 500 views for the distributor. Jamie directed and produced four additional films for Studio Maryoku. Jamie decided to close the studio where Free-Flowing was created by the previous team and debuted at his final FMP event. Jamie Clive Boyle and Harry Taylor established Studio Distrail as a successor, launching their own self-distribution arm that re-released his six previous films. The studio's total number of views exceeded 1330. The studio began to experience internal conflicts, which resulted in a shareholder deadlock, and the Ltd was dissolved. He considered a successor but instead pursued a personal venture that resulted in the creation of Ninriki. However, he later pivoted to emphasise his British identity in an arthouse animation called 'Oft I Mvse', translating to 'I often wonder', & his production banner 'theta.vi', meaning 'theta waves 6 Hz'.
